Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

UK Shipping We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £28.

International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations including the EU and US. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@sentimentaromas.com with your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll do our very best to make it right.
